Pepka Boyadjieva and Petya Ilieva-Trichkova from the JustEdu project presented 2 papers: ‘First in My Family: The Contribution of Higher Education for Reducing Social Inequalities’ and ‘Disadvantaged but Where: The Social Embeddedness of the Influence of Social and Cultural Capital on Individual Participation in Adult Non-Formal Education’ at the 4th ISA (International Sociological Association) Forum “Challenges of the 21st century: Democracy, Environment, Inequality, Intersectionality” in Porto Alegre, Brazil, on the 23th – 28th February 2021.

The Forum was carried out for first time virtually with over 800 sessions. It attracted more than 3500 participants from 109 countries.
